The 14th Annual Fearful Crossing Desert Wagon Train will be held September 3 - 7, 2008. Experience the Forty Mile Desert as the pioneers saw it. Ride your horse or mule, or Drive your team from Lovelock, Nevada, at the Humboldt Sink, through the infamous Forty Mile Desert through the Carson Sink, to Fallon , Nevada. Learn about the history of this section of the Old California Trail and the hardships encountered by the pioneers. Experience wagon train life first-hand.
